The Final Craft Stage
Once curved guilloché is done, the dial is refined by careful hand‑matting.Working with custom abrasives and a specialist brush, artisans trace every curve stroke by stroke. Pressure must be finely tuned: too much blunts the sharp V‑groove geometry; too little leaves abrasive residue in crevices.The sculpted surface constantly alters brush contact points.
